GPO

Artist collective GPO are interested in investigating form through artistic practice. Rejecting dominant traditions of institutionalized art, their work is filled with massive amounts of absurdity incorporating images of cruel sarcasm and thunderous protest against any establishment. GPO have taken part in several group exhibitions, both as individuals and as a collective. Their activities (public interventions, publications magazines and books) in the past couple of years have intensified in reaction to Greece's social and intellectual dumbness. "Astro Travelers", GPO crew's first "legal" exhibition, took place in a large warehouse in the filthiest parts of Athens in the summer of 2012.
